What is the purpose of these conversations?
The goal is not visibility, growth, or monetization. The conversations are driven by personal curiosity about your life, your experience, and how you see the world. Each lived experience, when shared honestly, can become meaningful to others.
How are recordings structured?
Most conversations are recorded across two separate days. Some ideas raised in the first session benefit from time and reflection. A second session allows deeper clarification and revisiting important themes.
How long does each session take?
Please keep approximately three hours free per session. Typical structure: • 30 minutes technical setup • 30 minutes informal warm-up conversation • Around 2 hours main recording
Which platform is used?
All recordings are done using Riverside. It is simple, stable, and easy to use for both host and guest.
What technical preparation is required?
• Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge • Test microphone and camera in advance • Set camera quality to HD 1080p or higher • Use wired headphones if possible • Close unnecessary apps • Disable notifications • Ensure stable internet connection • Join 5–10 minutes early
Can I use my phone as a camera?
Yes. In many cases, phone cameras provide better quality than laptop cameras. Depending on your device: • iPhone + Mac: use Continuity Camera • iPhone + Windows: use Camo • Android + Windows: use DroidCam or Camo • Android + Mac: use DroidCam or Iriun Make sure both devices are charging and stable before recording.
What happens during the conversation?
• We avoid interrupting each other • The format is interactive • You may ask questions • If you prefer not to answer something, simply say so Nothing is forced.
